During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, abang918 requires all Members to complete KYC verification by submitting:
abang918 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Approved KYC status is permanent unless your personal details change or abang918 has reason to re-verify your identity. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify abang918 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. abang918 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Member failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.
abang918 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods — including those belonging to family members — are prohibited. abang918 reserves the right to reverse deposits received from unverified or third-party payment sources and to retain any winnings generated from such funds pending investigation.
Deposits are credited to your abang918 Wallet Balance in real time for most payment channels. In the event of a technical delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number. abang918 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that (i) belongs to the Member in their verified legal name, and (ii) was used to make at least one prior deposit to the account. abang918 does not process withdrawals to payment methods that have never been used for deposits on the account.
Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified Members are ordinarily processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet channels during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one Malaysian business day. abang918 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud monitoring systems.
abang918 may withhold or delay a withdrawal where: (a) the KYC process has not been completed; (b) a bonus-related wagering requirement remains outstanding; (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity; or (d) a chargeback or payment dispute is pending in relation to the account.
abang918 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry timeframes. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

All games available on the abang918 platform are operated under the rules published by the respective game studios. In the event of a conflict between a studio's published rules and any other communication, the studio's published rules shall prevail. abang918 is not responsible for errors in game outcomes caused by technical malfunctions at the studio level, though we will cooperate in good faith with any investigation.
In the event of a game round disconnection, abang918 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the round based on the last known game state recorded on the server. Where resolution is not possible, the wager will be returned to the Member's Wallet Balance. Game history records are maintained for a minimum of 12 months.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on abang918 and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by Members is governed by the abang918 Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. abang918 processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and uses it only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, which include account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and where consented to, marketing communications.

abang918 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of services, for which abang918 shall not be liable.
abang918 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, abang918 will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the abang918 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which abang918 is licensed to operate. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the parties through good-faith negotiation may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution, or to the courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as abang918 may elect at its sole discretion.
